1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the ItsAllCode websites ("Sites"), mobile applications ("Mobile Applications"), and private access portals for students and parents ("Portals")—collectively referred to as the "Platform."
By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. This Agreement is a binding contract between you and ItsAllCode ("we," "us," "our").
2. Services Provided
The Platform provides access to:
- Information about our educational offerings
- Scheduling and managing online lessons, including through Zoom or similar platforms
- Accessing class replays and learning materials
- Communicating with instructors and support staff
- Purchasing instructional services or digital materials
- Submitting feedback and surveys
3. Platform Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and as intended. Prohibited activities include:
- Misuse, scraping, or reverse engineering
- Posting harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Violating intellectual property rights
- Attempting to interfere with Platform operations or security
You are responsible for any content you submit ("User Content"). We may moderate or remove content and reserve the right to use User Content to operate or improve the Platform.
We may restrict or modify Platform access at any time without prior notice.
4. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, including third-party platforms such as Zoom. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions of implied warranties.
The Platform and its contents are not official Minecraft® products. They are not approved by, or associated with Mojang®.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ItsAllCode shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to $5.00.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ItsAllCode and its affiliates from claims arising from your use of the Platform or violation of this Agreement.
7. Arbitration Agreement
All disputes shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Orange County, CA, under AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. Class actions and jury trials are waived.
You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days by written notice. Disputes require good-faith resolution efforts for 60 days prior to arbitration.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state associated with ItsAllCode. Non-arbitrated disputes must be brought in courts located in Orange County, California.
9. Platform Modifications
We may modify or discontinue Platform services or features without notice and are not liable for any resulting service interruptions.
10. Third-Party Links
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content or terms.
11. Security and Payments
You are responsible for maintaining account security. Payment information may be securely stored or processed by ItsAllCode or designated processors.
12. Refunds and Cancellations
All purchases on the Platform are considered rentals. Access to purchased content or services is limited, personal, non-transferable, and non-commercial. We reserve the right to revoke access for updates, licensing issues, or violations.
13. Independent Business Acknowledgement
ItsAllCode is an independently owned and operated business. We are not part of any franchise system.
14. Compliance
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws when using the Platform.
15. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform is owned by ItsAllCode or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

17. Submissions
Suggestions, ideas, or other submissions become the property of ItsAllCode and may be used without notice or compensation.
18. Entire Agreement
This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and ItsAllCode. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
